(6)筒體或箱體內宜設置(zhi)導流板(ban)
(7)直(zhi)管形石(shi)英紫外線低壓汞(gong)燈及燈管的(de)安裝要求(qiu)應符合YY/T0160《直(zhi)管形石(shi)英紫外線低壓汞(gong)消毒燈》。
(8)在對環境有較高要(yao)求時,宜優先選(xuan)用低臭(chou)氧(yang)型燈(deng)管,以(yi)減少臭(chou)氧(yang)對環境的污染
(9)燈(deng)管的布置應(ying)使受(shou)紫(zi)外線(xian)照射面上(shang)的紫(zi)外線(xian)強(qiang)度分布均(jun)勻(yun)
(10)消毒(du)器(qi)應設有燈管點燃(ran)指示、點燃(ran)累(lei)計時(shi)間指示或紫外線輻照強度的相(xiang)對指示
(11)燈(deng)管應(ying)用石(shi)英(ying)玻璃套管與水隔開(kai),石(shi)英(ying)套管253.7mm紫外線的透過率應(ying)大于85%
(12)消毒器(qi)選用的(de)低壓電器(qi)應符合相應產品的(de)技(ji)術要求(qiu)

3)外(wai)觀要求(qiu)
(1)設備表面應(ying)噴(pen)涂均(jun)勻,顏色一(yi)致,表面應(ying)無流痕(hen)、起(qi)泡(pao)、漏漆、剝(bo)落現象。

(1)不易將紫外(wai)線(xian)發生器安裝在(zai)緊(jin)靠(kao)水(shui)泵(beng)的出水(shui)管(guan)上,防止停(ting)泵(beng)水(shui)錘損壞石(shi)英玻(bo)管(guan)和燈管(guan)。
(2)紫外線(xian)發生(sheng)器應嚴格按(an)照進(jin)出(chu)水方(fang)向安裝(zhuang)。
(3)紫外(wai)線(xian)發生器應有(you)高出建(jian)筑地面的基(ji)礎(chu),基(ji)礎(chu)高出地面不應小于100mm。
(4)紫外(wai)(wai)線發生(sheng)器(qi)及(ji)其(qi)連接(jie)管(guan)道和閥(fa)門應穩(wen)固(gu)固(gu)定,不得使紫外(wai)(wai)線發生(sheng)器(qi)承擔管(guan)道及(ji)附件的重量。

我(wo)國(guo)紫外(wai)線消毒器的使用情況
我(wo)國個采(cai)用(yong)(yong)紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒的(de)(de)市政(zheng)供(gong)水(shui)水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)是大(da)慶東風水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)(5萬(wan)m3/d),該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)原采(cai)用(yong)(yong)二氧化氯消(xiao)(xiao)毒,為減少運行(xing)費采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了國產紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。但該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)缺少前期(qi)(qi)工藝可行(xing)性和(he)后續的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研(yan)究(jiu),因此未(wei)能提供(gong)有(you)價值(zhi)的(de)(de)數據。自2004年(nian)以來清華大(da)學及合作(zuo)團隊系(xi)(xi)統(tong)開展了飲用(yong)(yong)水(shui)紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu),并于2005年(nian)在(zai)廣東東莞建立了紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒中試系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(500~600 m3/d),一直(zhi)運行(xing)至今。2007~2010年(nian)在(zai)北京(jing)第九(jiu)水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)進行(xing)了100m3/d的(de)(de)中試研(yan)究(jiu)。在(zai)充分(fen)研(yan)究(jiu)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),2009年(nian)7月建成了天津開發(fa)區凈水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)三期(qi)(qi)紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒工程(15萬(wan)m3/d)。該水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)是紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒與主體工藝同時(shi)設計、同時(shi)投入運行(xing)的(de)(de)凈水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)。同時(shi),為保障世博會供(gong)水(shui)安全,上(shang)海(hai)臨江水(shui)廠(chang)(chang)改造過程中也增加了紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)線(xian)消(xiao)(xiao)毒系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(60萬(wan)m3/d)。
